Forum mail problem for those using Microsoft email addresses - Again!

Sorry I have only just seen this

Firstly kitz is on a vps with a static IP, so not shared, however, it could be the sending server used maybe shared, but expect it is same vps sending emails

A check on kitz and forum.kitz shows some blacklisting, but nothing which should cause a failure, apart from oceprotect, which I woudl be surprised if MS started using them as an srbl

I would be tempted to send emails out as plain text as it could be code is triggering the block

Kitz, my offer of sending MS emails through our mail gateway still stands and I will check a little more later tonight or tommorow

I have had same issue with my own mail servers, MS have some horrific policies in place.  Any removal is only temporary, they have a big false positives problem to be fair.

I ran the domain names kitz.co.uk and forum.kitz.co.uk through my blacklisting checker app which reports that 24 lists are all ok, bar one list which was "dnsbl-3.uceprotect.net" and reports "Harvester".
