Be* arent at all exchanges - so use the
exchange checker to see if they are available to you.
Based on those stats you
should get around 17Mb. Bear in mind this is only a guide and your line does seem to be on occasions troublesome. However, if Be are available it will free you from the bRAS profile thingy that you sometimes get caught in. Be does have a DLM system, little is known about it.. but it certainly isnt as harsh as BTW's.
If you do go, then knowing your line history, you are possibly best staying on their default profile and not messing too much trying to improve your speeds.. instead letting their DLM doing the work, but it could mean that you get slightly lower speeds... but still better than now.
