My checker thing has always shown FTTPoD
Yet I've never found a way to order it :s

There are a couple of ISP's who provide it (Cerberus networks being one). But be prepared for an install cost in excess of £10,000 and a monthly cost in the hundreds.

As far as I know FTTPoD is avaliable to anyone who has FTTC in the vacinity. Not sure why it's offered really as it's really not a viable option for anyone anywhere. Even businesses can get faster lines a lot cheaper than that.

Yes! I have first hand experience, after 3 months of trying to get Plusnet, and PN trying to get OR to fix an issue of their own making I raised the matter with the CEOs office and it was fixed within 5 days, this was an actual fault.

Numerous people have resorted to this method to get database issues resolved, and it generally works. Just remember to be clear, concise and polite.

Bit of an update after my email to the CEO of BT and Openreach, went to the checker and my phone number no longer lists Ultrafast 1/2 any more so something is moving.  Hopefully it will be just retagging.....

Hopefully
