While I was asleep today, it seems my Fentanyl patch (pain opioid) came off. It was found stuck to the pillow after I woke up because of feeling ill. It releases pain medication, like heroin but iirc much stronger. It is supposed to be stuck on to my back at the shoulder, and must somehow have got rubbed off when i was tossing and turning.
So bad night tonight. Amazingly, my missus came up to change it for a new one, even though I had no idea there was a problem. So then she noticed the problem. Have no idea how many hours it was missing.
Took many hours for the new one to start putting things to rights, still not 100% yet.
