Hi all
New to forum and grateful to find as we are having a mare with BT Infinity connection. We have standard HH and suffer irregular disconnections. We have now had 4 OR engineer visits and every time the line is declared good, cabinet checked and we are told nothing wrong. Yesterday was the last straw when after 5 day outage the connection pops back on in the morning pre-visit, engineer arrives & diagnoses all good, leaves and 3 hrs later line goes down again.
Willing amateur here and happy to learn but need some advice on how to put a setup in place that allows us to be better informed as to issues and get BT / OR to fix this.
