Your snrm seems quite high anyway. Are you on MyDSLWebStats?

Was a phone call received at the time of the SNRM drop?

What puzzles me is why the SNRM is so high.  :-\

Before the event: DS 12.7 dB / US 19.0 dB
After the event: DS 12.6 dB / US 10.0 dB

Which is rather peculiar. The normal target SNRM for G.992.1/G.992.3/G.992.5 and, until fairly recently, G.993.2 circuits is 6 dB.

when I've had a reset done with SNRM at 6 it drops sync pretty quick the error rates go through the roof :( 9 seems to be the minimum it will hold sync for any time but even at that some sudden burst of errors and it drops to around 12 . It has infact dropped sync again and returned to 12 down 20 up :(
