not sure what happenned today with my connection, but for some reason mydslweb stats has changed, not sure why my SNRM has shot up, confused, any ideas folks :?

Thank you for the quick reply, and you hit the nail smack on the head , it has been turned on, man thats quite an increase in attainable, gone from around 80 to 115, a smaller increase in upload from 20 ish to 26.5 ish. No speed increase though, does that take time ?

Strangely very simular to what the old talktalk router first showed when I got FTTC.

What speed increase are you expecting?

You're already connecting at the maximum of 80/20.

Thanks for your reply, I get 72 download where I think it should be around 76, I am not to bothered to be honest I just thought I would ask. I know I am very lucky to get them speeds and I don't mean for it to sound ungrateful.

What cabinet number?

Doesn't matter. All cabs on that exchange are BDUK funded.

I guess a number of properties are rural and far from the cabinet?

Thank you for the reply and the info, Its a valley that has 4 cabinets, I am on number 4, you are correct it is rural. I know some peeps here are border line, Some properties are close to a cabinet that BT assigns and they are connected to one that is further away.
