Not sure really on my own line.. not been with them long enough to say for sure.
Ive only contacted support the once, and that was to ask if they would consider removing interleaving before the end of their usual 2 week training period DLM thingy.
I raised a ticket and I think it took about 4-5 hours to complete, during which time I got 2 texts, one saying that my request had been passed on to the relevant dept, and another saying it had been done.
I have spoken to them on behalf of other user lines too, and although theyre based in Bulgaria, they're not like some of the Indian Tech supports Ive spoken to... and do actually seem quite knowledgable about their adsl service.
