I use both POP3 and IMAP (on the same mailboxes) on Plusnet.

Does Zen offer a varying level of spam filtering options, including the ability to white and blacklist? Free of charge?

PlusNet do :)

@Azzaka

The current package I'm on with Plusnet is the equivalent of BBYW Pro - up to 8MB, 15GB per month all traffic high priority and a personal .me.uk domain hosted for which I pay £20.99.

Now on to the bit relevant to this topic:

I have 13 mailboxes and an additional 7 redirects to enable my brother etc. to an address on my personal domain. I also create additional email addresses which are aliases of some of the mailboxes which I use for signing up to different websites (e.g. for these forums I use kitz@mydomain.me.uk which goes to a mailbox I use for all the forums I regularly visit) that way if an email address starts getting spammed I know who to blame and changing is not too difficult. I must have around 100 of these set up.

Could I have a similar setup on Zen and how much would it cost?

So if a company offers 5 IMAP accounts and 200 aliases, do you only have 5 real accounts (my1@mydomain.co.uk, my2@mydomain.co.uk, my3@mydomain.co.uk, my4@mydomain.co.uk, my5@mydomain.co.uk) ?

How do the aliases work :
do you create an alias and tell it which of the 5 to drop its mail into?
Can you reply from the alias with it appearing completely to come from the alias as opposed to one of the 5 real ones ?
Is it 200 one use, or 200 at a time (if you have 100 left to use and delete one of your current ones, do you then have 101 left to use) ?

Thanks

Presumably, depending on the company, but that's how I'd expect it to work.

>> Can you reply from the alias with it appearing completely to come from the alias as opposed to one of the 5 real ones

Yes. That is done using your email client.

Again, I'd suspect, depends on the company.. looks like a specific set of options, do you have a particular ISP / hosting package in mind?
