What I would do would be use a program called blue screen view
http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html and that will allow you to look at the crash log files (if you have them turned on).
Secondly I'd do steps 1 to 5 in this video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E5_298YUvB8 the video is about fixing the start menu and cortana.. but I've found that it seems to correct other odd things too.
The other thing to do would be to update windows to the next version that's available now. I had problems with a previous version of windows 10 and using the media creator to over install corrected the issues.
If all those things don't solve the problem then I agree with others that it sounds like a hardware issue.
Open device manager. Do you have any ! exclamation marks over anything?
