yeah I know, I think tho if vulkan were to take off, there would be a higher demand for linux and consumer pressure may then get better linux drivers released.

I'm glad. There are a lot of people getting the 0x80070091 error when they try and use system restore, even on multiple clean installed win10. Some people have messed around with it trying different things and it seems to come down to file/directory permissions. That windows sets a directory to a high level permission but when it tries to do the system restore it hasnt got permission. It should be easy for them to fix, and your news is encouraging.
