IP profile is used and mine should report as 42.72 with throughputs higher than 41mbps instead am at 38mbps so am loosing 3mbps or 8% for no reason. Also my upload is crap and 2 mbps lower than the estimates though this has nothing to do with the profile

Plusnet told me all is OK with the line but I said how can it be if the profile is capped to 40M whilst the sync rate is over 44M and reopened the ticket
Today I lost the PPPoE connection but not the VDSL and now I am on 42.72 IP Profile with speeds over 41 mbps
Looks like someone has changed the profile manually and all is good now

The results that Plusnet get when performing a GEA test always seem to be out of date.  I'm not certain if its just a Plusnet thing or if it applies to all ISPs.

I reported it on their forums last week because what they were telling me did not tie up with reality and was several weeks out of date.  Unfortunately it appears to have been ignored.
