Presumed at this point to be ISP-independent, problems with Ipv6 packet loss, so far on ECI FTTC cabs only. Note: IPv6 TCP & UDP = bad, ICMP = ok.

yes sky mentioned this problem at the most recent UK IPv6 conference, in a thread somewhere on here I posted a link to the video.
