TP Link VR600 ADSL2+ / VDSL Modem Wireless Router
« on: February 06, 2017, 04:09:44 PM »

I just brought a new TP Link VR600 (Broadcom chipset) but I have to send it back to pcworld for a full refunded after tested it. The stats is very poor indeed, there is no connection time stamp, there is no DSL soft disconnected to change gateway (have to reboot router to do this) this is very bad idea will cause DLM trigger. The wifi is much stronger than my Billion 8800NL.

I went back to Billion 8800NL for now. But the Billion router is a big let down by poor wireless.

I think there is the facility somewhere to disconnect/reconnect the PPP/WAN connection without interrupting the DSL link.
