In view of what psychopomp said,   I thought I'd check from here, but it seems ok for me and giving me an estimate of 67Mbps.

The BTw wholesale postcode version of the checker has always been strange if the line was LLU based.

Ive just noticed my own checker today is displaying strange behaviour for LLU lines.
For example for my brother's line its saying

PhoneNo and PostCode Exchanges don't match
FTTC is unavailable in your area.
