I suppose the title says it all and it certainly may come in handy for some people.
Unfortunately some of the items are still under construction, but well worth a look see.

I think turning aero off and going back to vista basic is a biggie.

There is a very mixed opinion whether turning off Aero does have any significant improvement on a "average" spec PC.

Surely it must if you think about the MS min specs for the different versions.

I think vista home basic will run with 512mb ram but ther is no aero.I have home premium with 2GB ram and aero is fine.It must be a memory hungry application.Never seen the need to turn it off.
