DSL Stats and Vectoring
« on: September 16, 2016, 02:05:54 PM »

Just updated to 5.8 - a bit late I know - and this bit puzzles me
Code: [Select]
Downstream Upstream
Line attenuation (dB):  21.4 0.0
Signal attenuation (dB): Not monitored
Connection speed (kbps): 47604 9999
SNR margin (dB):        4.3 4.1
Power (dBm):            12.5 6.6
Interleave depth:        8 1
INP:                    49.00 0
G.INP:                  Enabled Not enabled
Vectoring status:        5 (VECT_UNCONFIGURED)

RSCorr/RS (%):          0.3399 0.0599
RSUnCorr/RS (%):        0.0000 0.0000
ES/hour:                0 10.0
What is the bit about vectoring - does it mean it is there but I need to do something in the router (Billion 8800NL) or is it that it isn't enabled at the cab

That's right, it's only there for information.

On a line with it enabled and with the router working, it will have a status of 1.
