Sorry, I didn't make myself clear. The fibre cab for PCP12 is listed at that postcode. That and all the properties at the postcode are in Cunningham Close. But all the properties are served by PCP29. There is no mention of PCP8.

Misunderstandings happen, especially at  my vintage. ;D

I hadn't noticed that Cunningham was on cab 12. Most of the "Admirals" estate is on cab 8, and examples are similar or worse, even one offering 0.1Mbps. Now I'm asking myself if, the lines now allocated to cabs 28/9 were EO lines despite being near cabs 8/12 and a distance from the exchange in a developed area. However one looks at it and for whatever reason, the customers now on 28/9 have not ATM got a good deal.

Yes it does seem ridiculous, especially that postcode.

Another FWIW example; where's the sense in connecting that property to fibre, that offers fibre with much less speed than copper? And what distance from cab 29 is 2.4 Mbps suggesting?
Madness, but looks good on paper, and ticks a few boxes.  ::)

Well cabs 28 and 29 are BDUK funded so maybe they don't have a clue. It certainly could use some network rearrangement

The distance of the address from the cab is something I want to get an idea of, given that speed estimate. As a local for 14 years knowledge of the geography could be a location help.
