I can't see this could be down to me
« on: September 07, 2016, 05:03:53 PM »

TBH I don't relish placing online grocery orders for my wife on her account with the supermarket. This afternoon was a (choose word :-X).

I worked from a previous order, successfully deleting not required items, but when I tried to search for and add extras, the resultant page remained blank other than the address bar.

Customer services claimed there was no problem at their end, though credit to the rep the items were added manually against the rules.

Could the fault be my end, and how? :-\

Well if I have trouble on a web site I first make sure that browser extensions are not getting in the way (like Ghostery & uBlock etc), if turning those off still stop it working then in Firefox I start it with all extensions off and try again. If it still fails I try Chrome, then if it still fails I complain!
