Hi guys,
I found the site via google searching for Slow BT connection... plenty of results! Anyway, Some of what has been mentioned seems familiar and I was just wondering if you guys who are "in the know" could take a look over my details and see what you think?
I'm supposed to be on Option 3, "unlimited" up to 8 Meg using the BT HomeHub and a Belkin 54Mbps adaptor.
What I get is a usual 20Kb/Sec, The most I've ever had has been about 40-60k.
I complained about this to BT a few times and they just shrugged and did nothing about it. I've got so sick of them that I'm leaving but I'm worried that if there is a problem then a change of ISP wont solve anything...
So I'm not 100% what you need so please let me know but some things I've seen are:
