how well do you think my line is holding up with regards to
crosstalk and error rates

This was install day 3 years ago



This is now

DS Attainable Rate is about as low as it goes it reaches just over 90 in the night
when the dslam was on 544eb204 US Attainable Rate was 29500000 or so
544eb206 has added a touch to the US but nothing to DS

Welcome to the forum (even though you're going to make several people jealous ).

You're connecting at full speed, error rates are effectively zero, you're still on fastpath, and you've got SNR margin to spare. Your line is as near to perfect as I've seen. The simple answer to your question is that your connection is holding up very well indeed.

The attainable has gone down from 100530 kbps to 86635 kbps a loss of 13895 kbps (13.8 Mbps) that is quite normal for a 3 year old FTTC short line with crosstalk and if your cabinet is full then I don't see any extra crosstalk coming you way anytime soon

but loosing 13 megabit still sucks..
