Yes. Advanced > Broadband, click on Disconnect. It will then present you with the username/password input fields. Enter your Plusnet credentials, hit connect. That's literally it :)

It looks like Plus Net are moving anyone on the 40/20 product to the new 55/10 product, which is bound to please some and annoy others.

Looks like they're doing this even for customers whose lines can't achieve the current/previous 40meg.  I was speaking to someone the other day who was previously running round about 36/18 and was lead to believe that this would be an upgrade.   I don't believe he was offered a choice in the matter either.   Post "upgrade" of course his upload speed is halved, and download has actually slowed as well from 36 to 33meg.

Anyone on the previous 40/20 package will be changed to the 55/10 product which means some will lose and some will gain. I can only guess that his download speed has dropped eirher because it was running below 6db or g.INP needs to kick back in.
