I am pretty pleased with my ping as well. Currently on ADSL2 with Zen. Just recently changed router and my ping has increased by about 8ms, but my wifi throughput and sync speed increased so it isn't too bad. I am also in South Yorkshire.
These were both done over wifi, so I will go and try with a wired connection in a bit to get a better reading!
