You can do it yourself it you want to. I did a spare one I had recently following the post on kitz. I didnt bother soldering the pins. The pins worked just fine drilling the holes with a 1mm drill bit. The worst part was getting in the case... The actual flash time took just a few minutes once everything was in place.
