I should have checked that first Dray, truth is I didn't know how to so I just Googled it, and it is my IP address.

So what do I need to do now, anything?

It certainly appears to be you as I can see your IP address.

Do you by any chance have your phone/ipad/tablet to check mail such as hotmail.

If so it appears that push notifications on mobile devices can trigger these alerts

I recently changed my phone which came with a free tablet, I seem to recall opting for push notifications.

Thank you, I am very grateful for the help on here.

Peter

these warnings can easily be triggered by false alarms, e.g. netflix throws a fit if my ip changes.

Sometimes if you use a different browser, or update the browser that can confuse checks.. I think they check the web browser as well as IP and asks if its you on a new computer.
