Old Phones From A Business, Help Needed.

I was given some Old Phones From A Business a few years ago,
One of    Panasonic KX-T7130E

Three of  Philips 9504-050-60003    (I can not find any info about these !).

I understood that they were all used together but reading the above Manual I am not sure now.

Just wanted to know if I could use one in the house and maybe two / three others in my out buildings as the 'Dect' phone loose the signal in the far reaches outside.

I noticed the 'Ren' = 4 on each phone !.

Just reading the first two words in that document "Proprietary Telephone" suggests the the Panasonic may not work on a normal analogue PSTN line, it looks like it is for a PBX or Key System.   Having said that, it would unusual to support a different manufacturer's handsets, so possibly it was a Panasonic PBX which also supported analogue handsets, in which case the Philips might be normal analogue.  (Pure speculation - maybe the fancy Panasonic phone for reception)
