Strange upstream (Banded?)

Just wondering if my upstream seems banded, I always sync at 16995 even though attainable's are in the 19000's which seems strange to me

Also is the graph below normal?

More of a curiosity than anything else, if i'm banded then I guess I should have asked for a DLM reset when my line was shortened  :D

How did you do that? Blow up some random telegraph poles?

How did you do that? Blow up some random telegraph poles?

Paid cash money!

It was a case of my pole being fed from another so I paid for the line to enter the back of the house instead of the front, knocked about 90-100m off my line.
