You personally may not be able to, but 50% of the population could.
@NS
I thought I'd take some time out to try explain the graph further. I'm not trying to be funny or smart, just explain how the graph could very easily be misinterpreted because it is using cumulative figures v sync speed, and not speed to distance like we are probably more used to seeing... and because of this it can be confusing at first glance... so here goes....
From looking at your stats, I see that you currently sync at around 35Mbps.
So now using the graph - I look at 35Mbps and see that the corresponding
cumulative figure is approx 85%.
This means that 85% of people can sync at 35Mbps or more.. or alternatively 15% of the population sync at less than 35Mbps.
Lets choose another figure ~ 70 Mbps the corresponding cumulative figure is 23%.
So the graph shows that 23% of the population can get 70Mbps or more, but 77% of the population get less than 70Mbps.
Now lets go for 20Mbps - the corresponding figure is 96/97%
That means 96/97% of the population can sync at 20Mbps or more
Alternatively, 3-4% of people sync at 20Mbps or less.
Does this help understand how the graph works?
