It depends, I remember having to wait nearly 2 weeks from when I placed my order for Infinity! That was torture!
You should have tried 3 months the first time and 2 months & 2 weeks when moving house....
3 months? How the heck?
Well 3 months because I needed a drop cable to be installed to house from pathway, took 2 months 3 weeks and 5 days to get that planned and organised and then 2 days to be dug, ducted and cable fead and made live with Phone and Fibre,
and when I moved Openreach hadn't done work they where supposed to before my building development was completed and that lead to a load of confusion and poor communications between BT, Openreach and Wholesale... once again once p00 got moving was done in a few hours apart from the fact the left the broadband off the first order so then someone had to be sent to cab next day to pop me pair on.
