QOS SETUP on RT-AC66U

How to setup QOS in asus Rt-ac66u merlin firmware? For example 15mb upload need split between all deviced?  Using 4 deviced I need split 1- 12mb, 2- 1 mb,3- 1mb, 4- 1mb?Or I can using 1-15, 2-7,3-7,4-2....?

Im afraid I dont know the answer, but I will move this to the router section and change the topic title slightly so that hopefully it may attract the attention over there to someone who may know.
