My isp phoned about my REIN problem (no news yet  ) but also said he could see my interleaving was 4 Down 0 Up,
That's not what I see. odd 
I have ask him to send a copy of what he can see about my line.

DSLstats is just repeating what the modem is reporting (it's shown as D: in the output of the --stats command). So either the modem is reporting wrongly (unlikely, I would have thought) or the ISP was misreading the data.

He was saying it's a time he see's in ms, he said 0 = off .
See graph, it was 1/1 until about 17.20 then 16/4.

I will see if he sends a copy over of the data to me.

Interleave depth and interleave delay aren't the same thing (see http://www.kitz.co.uk/adsl/interleaving.htm#interleave_depth ). Broadcom based modems report the interleave depth.
