Hi: 8)

I got a WAG54GS, and used to work perfectly with TISCALI. However, we change recently to TALKTALK.
I tried to used the connect the router with the same configuration but it doesn't work. The router connect to the ADSL, but the Internet light stay off and no internet connection. Below is the router configuration.

RFA 2364 PPPoA
VC
UBR
Autodetect – Disable
VPI – 0
VCI – 38
Keep Alive
MTU – Auto

Any help will be appreciated  ::)

Hi and welcome :)

Those settings look correct.
PPPoA and VC Mux are the ones that normally cause the problem.

From what you say (the router connect to the adsl - therefore your green dsl light is on?) it means that the equipment is ok between you and the exchange. Just to confirm, is the router reporting your sync (connection) speeds?

If the actual internet connection bit that doesn't work, then normally its invalid username/password, your ISP isnt authorising you on their network or some other problem between the exchange and your ISP.
