Hi there,

When attempting to calculate RWIN from formulas like http://www.dslreports.com/faq/tweaks/5._RWIN#6181, do you use your IP profile or you sync speed for the "advertised download speed"? Or do you use the "bRAS ATM bit rate profile"?

Bit confused here. None of the above seem to make any difference.

Use your IP profile.

Try using TCP Optimizer to tweak :

I found TCP Optimizer more useful than DrTCP even though they both purport to do much the same job.
