Is that Luppit exchange. Ive searched a few resources and it looks like originally it was suspected to be a linecard issue.
More recent info shows a suspected fault with the dslam and partial loss of some broadband services. Some services were restored on 1st Feb.
Latest is they are still investigating and eta for full repair is unknown.

The circuits have been rebuild however as a precaution monitoring will take place over the weekend to ensure all the customers are working fully and there no issues at peak traffic times.
