Having read through a bit of the coverage all I can say is that either the man has some serious mental health problems or he's on apocalyptic quantities of recreational drugs.

As you say its probably game over for ReiserFS although I guess the macabre/bizarre side of the author might appeal enough to give it a certain cachet with some people.

I'd have thought that lying throughout your trial and only admitting guilt after the sentencing process is nearly complete would get no credit at all? Then again it is yankland
