Quick question
« on: January 12, 2016, 08:09:55 PM »

I'm struggling to find about my system's PSU and found in specs, this "ASSEMBLY, HEATSINK, FAN, 65W, MNTW/SLTW".  Would the 65W refer to the PSU power? Otherwise how do I easily find the detail, please!

I very much doubt that the PSU is rated at 65W.

I would expect there to be a label or plate on the PSU itself. Undoubtedly though that would mean opening the system's case.

Looking again and seeing heatsink and fan, could it have something to do with cooling?

That appears to be the specification of the CPU cooler, not the PSU.  ;)

Thanks for everyone's indulgence and patience. :)
Without going in to detail, some incidents have set me thinking that my PSU might be showing signs of a problem; for that a separate thread, may be!
