Have to agree that most broadband advertising and even ISP'S websites make it very hard to work out costs, especially after the discounted period. It must be a lot harder for someone who doesn't understand these things.

I suppose they could produce a "total average cost per month" figure for the contract term to simplify things, but really people should - in most cases - be educated enough to work it out for themselves.
