Will you ever give up asking the same question, I had a weird problem with my connection, if it it's not affecting your wellbeing or it's a life or death situation. Just accept that there are just anomalies that occur at times.
Sorry for the rant but this topic is over a year old, I gave up with my connection after BT never did anything about it and just got on with life

Is your Hlog still the same?

If it's been the same for 18 months I'd say it was normal now and forget about the old one.

The same as oldhlog.png. newhlog.png was only one day.
