Mounting a TD-W9980
« on: November 30, 2015, 02:00:16 PM »

Very basic question here but I can't seem to find the answer anywhere else. The Modem router Plusnet have sent me is the much decried Hub One. I haven't used it yet (my fibre gets connected tomorrow) but the Hub One cannot be wall mounted. My desk has no space at all available so I'm looking for a device which can be wall mounted. Can this be done with a  TD-W9980, please?

Yes, as long as the screw heads are very shallow, the slots are not very deep.

Thanks Licquorice and I take it you are quite satisfied with its performance?

Yes but I don't have the need for too many whistles and bells. The lack of stats, other than basic info, may be a limitation for you.

Diagram of wall mounting attached.
