Without checking on the BTw performance tester you wont know for sure, but it does look like a 350 profile?

As already suggested perhaps worth grabbing a copy of routerstats and have it record your sync speeds.
If they continue to fluctuate then there could be an underlying problem with noise spikes. Have you tried connecting from the master socket?
