careful, it's owned by the Americans now and they've changed most of the products into horrible American chocolate. It's not the Cadbury's we know and love.

True but they will never reach the 'Hershey' standard (for want of a better word) as sales would stop dead.
I worked for an American company and they would always import Hershey Chocolate & other American brands for Company events etc.
The American staff loved the stuff but the rest could not understand 'WHY'.
We had French, Italian, German, Swiss, Dutch, Belgian & UK people working for the company (to name a few) who could buy better chocolate from their countries local Motorway Services !!
I will not start a whose Chocolate is best debate, but I cannot remember any listing placing Hershey anywhere near the top or even on the list.
(Apologies to the US people but it is true ....... Sorry. ;D)

Look up Hershey Process & Butyric acid.
Butyric acid is in some foodstuffs such as Bryndza, a product of a sheep milk cheese made mainly in Slovakia, Romania and Moldova, but also in Poland, Ukraine, Hungary and part of Moravia.
(Post-Pub Nosh Recipe from 'The Register' using Bryndza ......... for the adventurous out there !!  ;D --> http://www.theregister.co.uk/2014/11/22/post_pub_nosh_bryndzove_halusky/)
People who have grown up eating things such as Bryndza would probably find the flavour of Hershey Chocolate pleasant.
Many people who have not eaten foodstuff containing Butyric acid find that Hershey has a strange flavour/smell which they cannot quite identify.
For information Butyric acid is the distinctive smell in Human Vomit!!

Cadbury's looks better no matter what they do to it !!  :D :D

Our nephew works for Cadbury's and they make a lot of their stuff now in Poland  :o Currently my wife still like Cabury's chocolate (well at least most of it).

The 'World Policeman' point is further complicated by the simultaneous running down of our Forces while asking them to do more and more.
The UK has a history of 'Policing' the world and the old habits die hard.
We want to play with the 'Big Boys' but at the same time cannot afford it, both financially or in terms of consequences.
Syria is a perfect example of how our being pulled in two directions has left us officially 'out of the fight' but so desperately wanting to be in.
The Tories need to decide where they stand and be honest with the country regarding costs if they want to fight with the 'Big Boys'. Underhand actions like using British pilots on US planes is not honest or a long term solution.
Maybe the 'question' needs to be asked again then the answer will be clear and unambiguous either way.
Whether the UK can afford to be a 'World Policeman' is a very important question which is not being dealt with.
The world has changed and our relationships have changed as well.
Are we living in the past or letting the side down is the question which is being fudged because the answer may have an impact on the re-election prospects of the Tories.
This shows the Politicians in their true colours, where future positions and fame/fortune is the *only* question of any import to them.
Where are the Politicians with honesty and integrity who fight for principles and not future board positions when they leave Politics. ?
These questions are for all parties and should decide who you the voter want to support.
Anyone so busy feathering their own nest sure is not going to be working for your interest or mine, yet we just sit there and ignore it or don't care. !!

That's the reason why i and many other didn't waste our time and energy voting as all are only bothered about their selves, and what they can get out of it, look at B-lair and his legacy ISIS
