I've updated the Draytek firmware this afternoon, and Bitswap is now off on the downstream.
My speeds have increased - so is this a good thing?

You may have gained a short term advantage in speed but lost stability. See

It's been re-enabled now , but for a short period before , I did have an attainable rate of ~77000 Kbps
