Afternoon all,

I've been looking at my stats and can't seem to see any adverse issues myself.
So I'm wondering if you think that there is a possibility interleaving may be removed from the line if that is possible. My line has G.INP active but on DSLStats it shows as Interleaving on (8). Up until last month, This was at a higher level.
My traffic lights appear green constantly on MDWS under michty.

Any thoughts on my full stats below? Is it even possible to have a lower interleaving level of 8 whilst G.INP is active?

yes it's possible if you look on MDWS you will see some users have an interleave depth 4 or 2 with G.INP active.

I would of thought longer lines would need more interleaving and short lines less yet the DLM has other idea's

Ah OK, it was just a general query really. I had never had a lower level than 16 up until last month. It's only taken 8months to go from 16 down to 8 so it may go down further yet.

I don't know michty_me these G.INP DLM changes is so different from  the old style it's hard to predict what's coming next after a modem reboot.

I would suggest that such low levels of interleaving really aren't worth bothering about. They're not going to have any noticeable effect on anything you do.

I wasn't really planning on doing anything. I was just more looking into trying to understand it a bit more really. I'm happy with the way my connection is now. Just for my own understanding that's all.
