Sparrows?  ???

Perhaps swallows?  :-\

Just don't know B*CAT swifts and sparrows and swallows all look the same to me when they are flying around at speed they never sit long enough on the wire for me to indentify them and they are to quick for my moggies to catch which is good.

Long range forecasts are incredibly difficult to predict, which is why the Met office tends to avoid them.  But, as noticed, it doesn't stop some of the tabloids publishing scare stories about how bitterly cold or dreadfully hot or flooded beyond Noah it will be this season.

I find the sunspot cycle which is close to 11 years is good way to predict the cold snaps it seems when sunspot activity is low then there is a good chance of those cold winters.
