Ok for me right now.

As in interested party (Zen customer) I have checked it out a few times when it caught my eye this thread had been updated over the past day or two, and always ok, for me.   ???

I can browse the site, log into the customer portal, check my stats and get depressed at my line speed, all as normal.

@sevenlayermuddle

Maybe it is something regional in the 'interwebs' outside of Zen.co.uk's control.
Don't know where we all are but I am based in North-West and it does not work still.

I simply can't resolve the domain name zen.co.uk, I simply get nothing back, tried a number of methods. I'm using AA.net.uk's DNS servers, amongst other methods.

Just confirming that I, too, now have normal access. (The Cattery is in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.)
