Good news, ZyXel have finally replicated the issue
They wanted me to have a remote session, but the only time they could do it was when I was at work, so I recorded a video last night and sent them a link to that.
Thank you very much for the detailed video, HQ were able to replicate the video you sent and they will be contacting R D to release a firmware fix for this.
