Yes.
Saved graphs are blank. !

It did work last on the DG834GT last week 15th and have graphs saved.
Did work on HG612 ok.

Not at the time.

But I have re-booted (off for 35mins) the DG834GT and laptop (to do a job).
Now I see Telnet data for the above, but no trace QLN and straight line of green /red at top of page for Hlog (and same for the saved graphs).

It's very difficult to understand how this can happen. If there's valid data in Telnet Data --> QLN and Telnet Data --> HLog, then this really should be showing in the graphs as well. I can only suggest that you restart DSLstats again and see if that clears it.

Weird DSLstats errored seconds ocurred this evening happily running at 0.09 ES/Hour on PC and then went up to 8.76 ES/hour and had a look at MDWS but only had 1 errored second during that time.

please note the RPI is updating MDWS using 5.5 and the PC is using 5.5 why did the PC see more errored seconds than the RPI ?

I can't explain that, unless it's some sort of conflict between the two instances of DSLstats. It's not recommended to run two instances, even if they are on different machines.

Hi there,

Have tried this with a Zen supplied TG589n (in bridge mode, with a management IP/connection) but I get 'No data returned in latest sample' - running on Linux, also tried the Windows version a week or so ago.

Would bridge mode make any difference? I can telnet to the modem from the box I'm using to monitor, so connectivity is there.

I wouldn't have thought that it would make any difference.

That error message occurs when the modem fails to respond to the command which collects the basic stats - for the TG589 this would be xdsl info expand=enabled. Is the option "Modem/router is Thomson/Technicolor model" enabled on the login page? If it isn't, that's the error message which would result.

Apart from that, and grasping at straws, did you quote the model number correctly? DSLstats has been tested with the TG589vn V3, and it's possible that it doesn't work with other TG589 varieties.

Yup, Thomson box ticked, typo in model number (it is TG589vn v3) apologies. IP is correct, can telnet from the same machine using the the command specified in your last response.

Is there any way I can see how far it gets? i.e logging in, or quite what it is seeing as being returned? Event Log just shows 'Timeout while retrieving stats', then 'No stats received'
