As you may recall, one of my two eyes has had a cataract removed, so until the other is done my distance glasses on properly suit one eye. This morning I drove the car about a mile to a convenient spot to park it up and catch the bus, knowing that my return would be too late to use the bus that passes near my close.

I was thinking, "goodness my sight seems bad this morning". It was until I took them off to wipe my eyes that I saw I had my readers on.
