The bReTxEnable=0 indicates G.INP (a.k.a. ReTx) is not in use.

Are you connected to an ECI cabinet? If the output of this command contains IFTN, then that indicates an ECI cab.
Code: [Select]
/firmware/dsl_cpe_pipe.sh g997listrg 1
ECI cabs haven't had G.INP enabled yet, and when they it it sounds like they will only support G.INP on the downstream (the up to 80Mb part).

Neat, thanks for the info. Something (I forget, a online checker?) last year lead me to believe I was on a Huawei cabinet with a mismatched ECI modem.

Code: [Select]
~ # /firmware/dsl_cpe_pipe.sh g997listrg 1
nReturn=0 nDirection=1 G994VendorID=IFTN SystemVendorID=ECI tele VersionNumber= SerialNumber=x SelfTestResult=0 XTSECapabilities=(00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00)

@ Licquorice & edjonesy - Thank you, all looks good and no sign of increased latency :)

@ Mooingall, I was beginning to suspect you weren't G.INPed yet, but a I was reading further down the thread,  ejs has already picked up on this and helped to confirm you are on an ECI cab
