DLM - How much will it reverse?
« on: April 27, 2015, 08:09:38 PM »

Hello,

So since i've had my new shiny HG612 with the latest B030SP08 firmware I have a record sync of 7 days 11 hours so far! (Pretty impressed).

So assuming I keep this up and DLM starts to consider re-banding me, over time will it undo all the damage? Such as increase my sync banding and remove interleaving? Ideally i'd like to see it remove interleaving at some point...

Cheers

It's difficult to say. Others may be able to give a more detailed answer but at the very basic level I will suggest that you may see some positive action by the DLM after a total of 14 days of stability.  :-\

Well we're up to 12 days nearly and no drops, but no retrain... hoping it does something at 14!  :-\

I'm at 34 days since I got g.inped and I'm still banded with over 1.8db spare SNRM at times.
